Adding to its line of sleek new gadgets and accessories, Apple just recently released the Apple Card, a credit card that’s linked to Apple Pay and built right into the Wallet app. Not only is it stylish in its look with a minimal design and Apple’s signature titanium base, but its functionalities are praiseworthy to say at the least. But the best only deserve the best, as is the purpose of Apple’s newest release, the Apple Wooden Wallet. Let’s get more in-depth with Apple’s two newest creations and everything you need to know about them.
Apple Card
Apple has recently opened up yet another release, the Apple Card. Partnered with Goldman Sachs for the card, it optimizes Apple Pay to its fullest capability while still working as a traditional credit card for all of your other transactions. To enable such transactions for purchases that can’t be made with Apple Pay, Apple has also partnered with Mastercard to enable the physical Apple Card to work like any other Mastercard card. Simply sign up for your card first and then link it to Apple pay to get going.
Apple Wooden Wallet
The Apple Card’s very first accessories, the Apple wooden wallet was made to protect your titanium-based card from harmful strains that can be caused by leather and denim. Designed as a little wooden box that doubles as a cardholder, it is available in maple, spalted maple, walnut, and figured walnut. The box even has an ultra-suede lining inside to keep your card from banging around the wood. Currently retailing at $40, the box is also capable of holding your other cards and even has enough room to place your cash as well.
